Bring your surrogate, and we help organize the preparation: collecting authorized records, coordinating clinic screening, and guiding the administrative steps through legal clearance.

Agency fee: $15,000. Due in full upon signing. Work begins only after the full fee is paid. Preparation typically takes about three months; clinic, candidate and attorney availability can affect timing.

Who this service is for

You must already have a surrogate who has agreed to explore a journey with you. If you need help finding your first surrogate, explore our $45,000 full-service agency journey.

What your fee includes

• Review of your identified surrogate’s intake and preparation requirements.
• Coordination of consent forms, medical-record authorizations and required paperwork.
• Criminal background check of your gestational surrogate and her partner, if applicable.
• Virtual home assessment.
• Collection and organization of authorized records and submission to your fertility clinic.
• Coordination of the clinic’s screening steps and follow-up requests.
• Administrative coordination with you, your surrogate, the clinic and independent attorneys through documented legal clearance.

Our service ends at legal clearance. Embryo transfer, pregnancy, delivery and postpartum journey management are outside this package. Medical and legal decisions are made by the treating clinic and independent attorneys. Clearance or a pregnancy is not guaranteed.

Your paperwork and next steps

1. Send your eligibility inquiry below. Share your contact details and confirm that you already have a surrogate. Do not include medical records or your surrogate’s private information.
2. Meet with MatchNest. Deanne reviews the fit and sends the service agreement and payment instructions privately.
3. Sign and pay the $15,000 fee. No work begins until payment is received.
4. Complete onboarding privately. Deanne sends the intake forms, authorizations and secure instructions for requesting and providing required records.
5. Clinic and legal coordination. We organize the required submissions and follow-up through legal clearance.

Budget for separate expenses

The agency fee does not include surrogate compensation or benefits, medical care or clinic charges, psychological evaluations, attorney/legal fees, insurance, escrow administration, travel or other third-party expenses. Your providers quote and bill their own services.

If your identified surrogate does not qualify

If your initial candidate does not qualify, $7,500 is retained for work performed and the remaining $7,500 is a credit toward processing your next candidate. Neither portion is refundable. If MatchNest finds and screens a replacement, an additional $10,000 agency fee applies, bringing the total agency charge to $25,000. This replacement option is for existing clients whose identified candidate does not qualify; it is not an entry package for parents without a surrogate. The service still ends at legal clearance. These terms will be addressed in the service agreement before signing.
